Launchpit is a curated platform showcasing vibe-coded projects that are live or completed. Our goal is to surface interesting, real projects built by independent creators and developers.

Some listings may include projects available for acquisition, but Launchpit is not a marketplace and does not facilitate, broker, or participate in transactions of any kind.

By accessing or using Launchpit, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand all three documents before using the platform. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use Launchpit.

Launchpit acts solely as a discovery and curation surface — a place to find interesting projects, explore what builders are shipping, and connect with creators who are open to selling their work.

Launchpit does not:

• Process payments or hold funds on anyone's behalf
• Act as a broker, escrow, or intermediary in any transaction
• Verify ownership, revenue claims, or legality of listed projects
• Provide warranties on any product or service listed
• Guarantee that any project will remain live, operational, or available

Projects are submitted by users or curated from public sources. We review submissions for basic quality and relevance but do not perform deep due diligence on any project, its creator, or its claims.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, ownership, functionality, legality, or performance of any listed project. Metrics such as traffic, revenue, or user counts are provided by submitters and are not independently verified.

All project links lead to third-party websites and services outside our control. We are not responsible for their uptime, content, security, privacy practices, data collection, or user experience.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service, privacy policies, and cookie policies of any third-party website you visit through a link on Launchpit. Launchpit does not review, summarize, or make representations about those policies. The existence of a listing on Launchpit does not imply that we have reviewed or approved the legal policies of the linked website.

You interact with external projects entirely at your own risk. Before purchasing, acquiring, registering an account on, or otherwise engaging with any listed project, we strongly recommend reading that site's terms, privacy policy, and cookie policy in full.

Some projects may display pricing, "accepting offers" status, or seller contact details. These listings are informational only.

• Launchpit does not handle, broker, or mediate any transaction
• We do not verify sellers, their ownership claims, or financial representations
• We do not guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, or completeness of any for-sale listing
• Pricing is set by sellers and may change or be withdrawn at any time
• Contact information is shared at the seller's discretion and is not vetted by us

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launchpit and its operators are not liable for:

• Financial losses from using, purchasing, or acquiring listed projects
• Damages caused by third-party services, links, or products
• Business decisions made based on content displayed on this platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity from platform outages or changes
• Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate submissions from third parties

Your use of Launchpit is at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

By submitting a project, you confirm that:

• You have the rights to share and display the project publicly
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The project does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• You are authorized to list the project for sale if applicable

By submitting a listing, you grant Launchpit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, edit, feature, promote, republish, or remove your submission at our discretion. This includes the right to share your listing information — such as project name, tagline, description, screenshots, and URL — across our own and third-party channels, including but not limited to social media accounts, newsletters, directories, partner publications, and other media outlets, for the purpose of promoting Launchpit and its featured projects.

You retain ownership of your project and its content. This license covers only the listing information submitted to Launchpit and does not transfer ownership of your project or intellectual property.

We reserve the right to reject submissions, modify content for clarity, or remove listings without notice.

Submissions must not include:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Misleading claims about revenue, users, or functionality
• Spam, duplicate listings, or low-effort content
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Projects designed to deceive, harm, or defraud end users

We may remove anything that violates these standards at our discretion, without notice or obligation to explain our decision.

Launchpit may include affiliate links to tools, services, and platforms. We may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our editorial decisions.

We aim to feature tools that are genuinely useful to builders and creators. Sponsored placements are separate from editorial features and will be identified where appropriate.

Launchpit may offer paid or prioritized listing options, sponsored sections, or featured placements. When a placement is commercial, we may label it as such. The presence of sponsored content does not affect the independent curation of other listings on the platform.

All site content — including design, branding, copy, and structure — belongs to Launchpit. Project content belongs to the respective creators and is reproduced with their implied consent via submission.

You may not copy the platform, reverse-engineer its design, scrape data in bulk, or reuse any branding or content without explicit written permission from Launchpit.

We may update features, redesign sections, modify or remove listings, or change how projects are displayed at any time without prior notice. We may also change or discontinue the platform at our discretion.

Continued use of Launchpit after changes constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

We reserve the right to block users, remove submissions, or restrict access to the platform if misuse, abuse, or violations of these terms occur. This includes spamming, bulk scraping, attempting to circumvent content standards, or harassing sellers, submitters, or other users.

By using Launchpit, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

• You have read and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy before using the platform
• You understand that Launchpit links to third-party websites and that each of those websites operates under its own terms, privacy policy, and cookie policy — which you are responsible for reading before engaging with them
• You will not rely solely on Launchpit content when making purchasing, investment, or business decisions related to any listed project
• You accept that it is your obligation to determine whether a third-party product or service complies with laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for any consequences arising from your use of third-party websites, tools, or services discovered through Launchpit

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
